Kathryn gained extensive search experience in Asia focussing on CEO, COO, Board of Director-level searches for Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Consumer Durables, Food & Beverage, Retail Family Owned Businesses and Private Equity companies.
In 2019, Kathryn established Kathryn Ang Associates as she identified an increasing need for speed and agility in executive search without compromising on quality.

Before commencing a search, we work closely with client to summarizing role & key requirements. This brief is used as an important guide during the search.

KAA conducts dedicated research for every search. We define the competitive talent landscape, identify target sectors, companies and geographies. Our broad and deep research allows us to find top talent, best fit for the job.

Final Candidate presentation
Shortlisted candidates are presented in a format summarising their qualifications against requirements. We assist clients in decision making by comparing and contrasting final candidates’ background and career development.

Closing top talent
We continuously work on understanding what top talent really want during the entire engagement process. Being meticulously prepared and uncovering all potential issues proactively, we deliver one of the highest closing rates in the industry.
